Tamina Therme increases sales of gift certificates due to Facebook App of TAC

Since December 2012, the booking of treatments and purchasing of gift certificates has become possible, not only via Tamina Therme website but also via the thermal spa’s Facebook page. The Facebook App, built by TAC the producer of the spa & activity software Reservation Assistant, makes this possible.

“For Tamina Therme’s management and the marketing team, one reason for deciding in favor of the Facebook App was its seamless integration into Facebook. The sales figures generated since December 2012 have proved the investment to be worthwhile”, says Ronny Schieler, Systems Manager of Grand Resort Bad Ragaz.
