TAC and Swiss Hotel Management School announce cooperation
The students of the Swiss Hotel Management School (SHMS) have a new subject on their time-table: From now on the future spa- and hotel managers practice successful spa management in the on-site training spa with “Reservation Assistant”, the spa & activity management software by TAC.
Claudia Jakobs, lecturer at SHMS and the person in charge of the cooperation, explains: “We have always offered our students the best education with state-of-the art technology, which we feel has been achieved by including the most sophisticated spa software in the syllabus.”
During a seminar the students learn how to use Reservation Assistant for excellent guest service. In the training spa they have the chance to prove themselves in practice and train spa management from scheduling to personnel planning, stock management and guest relationship management. The many reports and statistics offered by Reservation Assistant demonstrate how well the students performed.
